Compassion Circles

Compassion Circles are space for people to together to feel a sense of connection, care, and belonging. Each Circle one hour session includes:

  • Time for sharing

  • Practicing mindfulness skills such as self compassion and active listening

  • A guided meditation

  • Time to reflect on your experience. 

Knowledge of meditation is not required.  This is a guilt free space. You can come to share or just to listen. Meetings can be weekly or monthly as dictated by the needs of your organization.
